SolvOS Med is not a medical device
SolvOS Med is documentation and practice-administration software. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, and it does not interpret clinical data or generate clinical recommendations. It is therefore not offered as a medical device and is not registered with the FDA, under EU MDR (CE marking), or with the Philippine FDA.
No clinical advice
Nothing in SolvOS Med — including notes, summaries, reminders, generated visit-summary PDFs or analytics — constitutes medical advice. All clinical judgement rests with the treating clinician.
Not for emergencies
SolvOS Med is not a monitoring or alerting system. Reminders and notifications may be delayed or fail to deliver. Never rely on it for urgent or life-critical communication; use your institution's emergency channels.
For patients
Documents or summaries shared with you through SolvOS Med come from your doctor. Discuss any questions about their contents directly with your doctor. Do not use SolvOS Med to report urgent symptoms.
Record-keeping
You remain responsible for maintaining the legally required medical record for your jurisdiction and institution. Treat SolvOS Med as a working tool alongside, not a replacement for, mandated recordkeeping systems.
If you add diagnostic features
If SolvOS Med is extended with features that interpret clinical data or suggest diagnoses or treatment, those features may fall under medical-device regulation and would require FDA, CE or PH FDA assessment before release.
